What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email, business type, the problem you describe, optional website, budget and timescale. We also keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your connection to block spam — not your actual IP address.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you make.
How long
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months [confirm].
Who sees it
Only us. Data is held with our hosting provider in secure, access-controlled storage. We never sell or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
